The Adidas Ultraboost Light is a refined iteration of the classic UltraBoost line, introducing a lighter and more responsive ride without sacrificing cushioning. It features a breathable PRIMEKNIT+ knit upper with at least 50% recycled materials, providing a sock-like fit and flexible comfort. Beneath the foot, the new Light BOOST foam delivers about 30% less weight than traditional BOOST, offering energetic rebound and cushioning that’s firmer yet springy—especially beneficial for heel-strikers. Complemented by a reworked Linear Energy Push (LEP) plate, it enhances forward propulsion and midfoot stability. A full-length outsole made of Continental Better Rubber ensures excellent traction across varied surfaces. With a stack height of approximately 30 mm in the heel and 20 mm in the forefoot (for a 10 mm drop), it maintains cushioning while still feeling nimble.
